REGISTERING FOR THE TOEIC SPEAKING AND WRITING TEST THERE IS 1 FORM

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE TOEIC LISTENING AND READING TEST
1, Register directly at the Office:
- Registered office address: Room 805, Building C2 - International Training Institute, Vietnam Maritime University - No. 484 Lach Tray, Le Chan, Hai Phong.
- Documents include: 03 3*4 photos and 01 photo ID (clear, no blurred information, still valid, no notarization required)
- 2 registration forms are distributed at the office, candidates can fill in the information themselves (not allowed to fill in on their behalf);
- Fees: VNU Student Exam (No scorecard: 770,000 VND, Scorecard: 1,200,000VND)/ Independent candidates (With scorecard 1,600,000VND), Candidates who are foreign students with student card: 1,500 .000VND.
- Time to receive applications: 8:00 - 11:30 & 14:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday
- Registration deadline is 12 days before the test date (Can stop accepting when there is no more space), Receive registration in batches, application receipt schedule at ARTICLE - EXPECTED ANNUAL TOEIC TEST SCHEDULE.
2, Online - Send documents by express delivery (There is a surcharge to support receiving Online documents and delivering scorecards)
- Candidates send the following documents to the International Training Institute:
3 3*4 photos (Photos are not scanned, not edited, without glasses, face clearly, printed on good quality photo paper, taken at least 3 months before the exam date, 3 photos must be the same. (Write Full name, ID card number, exam date on the back of the photo);
2 forms (Download here) fill in all information according to the form below. Candidates fill in the information themselves (Cannot fill in on their behalf);
1 copy of ID card/ ID card or passport
- DELIVERY INFORMATION:

- When the school receives the application, it will proactively contact the candidate via zalo to request payment of the exam fee.

Speaking and Writing Exam Fee: 2,300,000 VND
Registration deadline is 20 days before the exam date and the school will stop accepting applications when space is full.
