BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR MARITIME ECONOMICS STUDENTS 2024
In addition to providing specialized knowledge in their field of study, the International School of Education places significant emphasis on organizing business engagement activities for students. These events not only offer students the opportunity to hear from recruiters about the practical aspects of their work but also help them set clear career goals and prepare for the competitive job market. They also serve as valuable stepping stones for gaining interview experience and developing essential soft skills.
On August 11, 2024, the Institute of International Education, in collaboration with the Department of Maritime Economics, successfully organized the "Business Engagement Program for Maritime Economics Students". The event was honored to have the participation of representatives from three of the leading maritime companies in the city:
- Vietnam Maritime Corporation in Hai Phong (VIMC)
- SITC Dinh Vu Logistics Co., Ltd.
- Hoang Dieu Port Co., Ltd.
The program attracted the attention of a large number of students and faculty members, fostering valuable discussions about the maritime industry and offering students insights into the practical skills and knowledge required in their future careers.
