The Advanced Program (CTTT) is a special project initiated by the Ministry of Education aimed at developing high-quality training disciplines based on the content and curriculum of prestigious universities worldwide. Simply put, the Advanced Program is entirely taught in English, adhering to the standards of foreign partner universities, with instruction provided by experienced international lecturers and distinguished lecturers from top Vietnamese universities. The program is supported by the State Budget and must comply with specific regulations set by the Ministry of Education and Training. This is a wholly Vietnamese program that utilizes advanced foreign curricula, teaching materials, and training technology, executed and accredited by Vietnamese universities. Proposals for the Advanced Program submitted by universities to the Ministry are evaluated based on criteria from both the foreign partner and the domestic institution implementing the training, specifically: Program Origin: The university and country of origin are evaluated. The university must be accredited and recognized for its credibility and high-quality training to be approved by the Ministry. Faculty Quality: The quality of the teaching staff is assessed, focusing on their ability to teach in English, qualifications, and the proportion of lecturers who have graduated from foreign institutions. Facilities: The university's infrastructure must meet the standards required for international-level teaching. This necessitates significant investment in faculty, facilities, management, and organization of training by the universities. The Advanced Program offers several advantages compared to the general university education in Vietnam, such as more comprehensive, modern, and higher-quality curricula and teaching materials. It also ensures that faculty, teaching methods, and assessment procedures meet international standards and are recognized globally.
