THE DELEGATION FROM NKUST & NTOU VISITED AND WORKED WITH THE INTERNATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE


On the morning of April 1st, 2026, the International Training Institute had the honor of welcoming a delegation from National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST) and National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) for an official visit and working session.

Notably, the visit took place on the anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Maritime University (April 1st, 2026), making the occasion even more meaningful and marking a memorable milestone in the University’s international cooperation activities.

The delegation included:

  1. Chung-Hsin Wu – President of National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST)
  2. Chun-Jern Pan – Vice Dean, Office of Academic Affairs, NKUST
  3. Pei-Hsun Huang – Assistant to the President, NKUST
  4. Chia-Ming Fan – Dean of International Affairs, National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU)

During the meeting, both sides engaged in open and in-depth discussions on potential areas of cooperation in education and training, particularly in the development of international programs, joint training programs, and student and faculty exchange initiatives.

The meeting not only strengthened the cooperative relationship among the institutions, but also opened up promising opportunities for future development, aiming to enhance training quality, promote international integration, and provide students with more valuable learning and cultural exchange experiences.
