TOEIC Listening & Reading Test Schedule 2026
The Institute of International Education hereby announces the tentative TOEIC test schedule for 2026, as follows.
Any changes (if any) will be updated promptly on our official Page. Candidates are kindly requested to check regularly for the latest information.
GUIDELINES FOR REGISTERING FOR THE TOEIC LISTENING & READING TEST CAN BE FOUND HERE:

Application submission time: 8:00–11:00 AM & 2:00–4:00 PM, from Monday to Friday

Required documents:
-
03 passport-sized photos (3×4 cm) taken within the last 3 months, clear facial image, no glasses, printed on photo paper; scanned, blurry, or glossy photos are not accepted.

01 photocopy of a valid ID card/Citizen ID/Passport (ID card/Citizen ID must be valid, with clear and original information and photo; no lamination, no peeling or damage exposing the inner paper).

02 test registration forms (to be completed by the candidate personally; forms completed on behalf of the candidate are not accepted).

Test Fees (VAT not included):
Type 1: For Vietnam Maritime University students only, without score report – 1,150,000 VND
Type 2: For Vietnam Maritime University students only, with score report – 1,580,000 VND
Type 3: For external candidates, with score report – 1,850,000 VND
Type 4: For students from other universities (with valid student ID), with score report – 1,750,000 VND -

Notes:

Candidates are requested to join the Zalo group to receive all notifications before and after the test.

After registration, candidates wishing to cancel the test must inform the registration office at least 6 working days before the test date (refund = 50% of the test fee).

On the test day, candidates must bring: the Test Registration Form, a valid original ID card/Citizen ID/Passport, and a Student ID card (for Vietnam Maritime University students).

Test results will be available on the website after 7 days, and the score report will be issued as early as 14 days after the test (official notification will be provided).

TOEIC Certificate issuance: 550,000 VND

Score conversion letter / Score confirmation letter: 300,000 VND

Re-issuance of score report: 500,000 VND
