International School of Education Announces the Preliminary TOEIC Exam Schedule for 2025

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING FOR THE TOEIC LISTENING AND READING EXAM:

  • Registration Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

  • Required Documents:

    • 03 passport-sized photos (3x4), taken within 3 months, clear face, no glasses, printed on photo paper (not scanned, blurry, or glossy).
    • 01 valid copy of ID card (CMND/CCCD) or passport (valid ID with clear information & photo, original, no laminated or damaged edges).
    • 02 TOEIC Registration Forms (Candidates must fill in the form by themselves, no proxy filling). Link to Registration Form

  • Fees (Excluding VAT):

    • Type 1: For students of University of Maritime, no score report: 850,000 VND
    • Type 2: For students of University of Maritime, with score report: 1,300,000 VND
    • Type 3: For independent candidates, with score report: 1,650,000 VND
    • Type 4: For students from other universities with student ID and score report: 1,550,000 VND

  • Registration Location: Office of External Relations – International Training Institute, Room 805, Building C2, University of Maritime, 484 Lach Tray, Hai Phong, Vietnam.

Notes:

  • Candidates are encouraged to join the Zalo group for notifications before and after the exam.
  • After registration, if candidates wish to cancel, they must notify the registration office at least 6 working days before the exam date (cancellation fee = 50% of the exam fee).
  • On the exam day, candidates must bring the TOEIC Registration Form, original valid ID (CMND/CCCD/Passport), and Student ID (if they are from the University of Maritime).
  • Results will be available on the website 7 days after the exam, and score reports will be issued within 14 days (notification will be provided when score reports are available).

Other Services:

  • Issuance of TOEIC Certificate: 550,000 VND
  • Issuance of Score Conversion Certificate / Exam Verification: 300,000 VND
  • Reissue of Score Report: 500,000 VND
