BUSINESS CONNECTION PROGRAM 2023 - OPPORTUNITIES TO ACCESS BUSINESSES FOR STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE

"Business connection" has been a content that the Board of Directors of the International Training Institute focuses on in training students of the Advanced program. This affirms that students of the Advanced program always have the opportunity to access practical knowledge shared by reputable business leaders, thereby improving the job opportunities after graduation of the Institute's students. The national team always achieves a very high rate.
 
With comprehensive globalization in all fields and the strong development of AI technology - artificial intelligence, the world economy is constantly moving, with strong changes in digital transformation strategies in countries. The national situation is becoming more and more urgent, the employee recruitment standards of businesses are now strict with higher requirements. In addition to specialized knowledge trained in universities, foreign language standards, soft skills and practical working skills are also required at a high level by businesses. That is both an opportunity and a challenge not only for university students but also an issue that professional educational institutions always pay special attention to. Grasping those issues right from the early years of the Institute's establishment, the Institute's Board of Directors decided to include Business Connection content in the annual implementation plan.

   School year 2022 - 2023, with the motto 'Learning goes hand in hand with practice', flexibly applying learned theories to real life in production and labor, under direct direction from the Director - Associate Professor. Dr. Tran Van Luong, International Training Institute always tries to link and coordinate to organize business networking sessions for students of the Institute's courses in many different forms such as inviting reputable local business leaders. Hai Phong city desk came to talk directly with students, visit businesses, etc.

     On June 15, 2023, opening a series of business connection activities, the International Training Institute organized a field trip for students of class BMM63 at LG Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Hai Phong. On June 21, 2023, students of class IBL63 had a field trip to MVG Dinh Vu Company Limited. The end of the series of 2023 business connection activities of the International Training Institute is a tour of the facilities and practical experience at Tan Cang Hai Phong International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. for students of class GMA63. These field trips were honored to have the participation and guidance of the company's leadership representative who introduced the group to the company's scale and facilities. In addition, the students were also able to answer questions about the working environment in the company and the skills needed for students to work at the company. The company representative said that for Vietnamese students in general and international students in particular today, to be able to participate in the current labor market, opportunities are always for those who are eager to learn and not afraid of challenges. . At the same time, English and information technology are also mandatory factors for students to develop their careers.

     Through practical visits to businesses, it has partly helped students gain more work experience in the future. The leadership of the International Development Institute has been and will be connecting with experts and leaders at prestigious businesses not only in Hai Phong city but also in the Northern region to organize "Connecting" programs. businesses "more to help the Institute's students be more confident when participating in the global labor market.
